Available in 10 different flag "Lengths" from 10mm (Approx 3/8") to 150mm (Approx 6") excluding white fold area.
HISTORY
Following the admission of Washington as the 42nd State on 11th November 1889 many 42 Star flags were made in preparation of it becoming the official flag on the following 4th July. However, due to the last minute admission on 3rd July 1890 of Idaho as the 43rd State the 43 Star became the next official flag from 4th July 1890 until 3rd July 1891 when the 44 Star became the next official flag on 4th July 1891 due to the admission of Wyoming on the 10th July 1890. (ie: 43 States only existed from 3rd to 10th July 1890, a period of only 1 week!). As a result, more of the already made "unofficial" 42 Star flags were actually flown than the official 43 Star flag!
