Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

CREDITCARD:
We accept online creditcard payment by Visa, MasterCard, Solo and Maestro (for AMEX - See Paypal below).

Your card will be charged in GBP (UK Pounds Sterling). If you are using a Non-UK creditcard your card provider will convert to the local currency of your account using their own rate of exchange.

You may also send your creditcard information via phone, fax, snail mail (ie: ordinary post/mail) but please DO NOT advise your creditcard details by email as it is not secure.

Your creditcard will only be debited when your order is ready to be dispatched. However, as part of the card authorisation process a "pending transaction" may appear on your account temporarily reducing your available balance.

PAYPAL:
We also accept online payment via Paypal.
Customers with AMEX cards can pay via Paypal without having to open a PayPal Account.

UK CHEQUE/POSTAL ORDER:
We also accept payment by UK Pounds Sterling Cheque or UK Postal Order made out to "ModelFlags.com". Please note that we CANNOT accept Non-UK Pounds Sterling Cheques drawn on Non-UK banks.

CASH:
We also accept payment by cash in UK Pounds Sterling or (US Dollars or Euro at the rate of exchange per http://www.xe.com/ucc/ on the date of order). However, please note that you will be sending the cash "entirely" at your own risk! Any overpayments due to rounding up to the next value bank note may be credited against your next order.
Postage and Handling (per order):
UK: (by 1st Class Post) 2.50 GBP + VAT
European Union: (by Airmail) 2.50 GBP + VAT
Rest of the World: (by Airmail) 2.95 GBP
Delivery Schedule Orders are normally dispatched within 7 days (often sooner). Allow a "further" 1 to 3 days for delivery by 1st Class post within the UK, 3 to 5 days for delivery by Airmail within Europe and 5 to 7 days for delivery by Airmail to the rest of the world. Emails are sent to confirm when orders have been dispatched.
Tax Charges For orders delivered to the UK and other European Union destinations, 17.5% VAT is added. (VAT Registration No: 836 0282 37). All other orders to Non-European Union destinations are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When an order is placed at our website, creditcard details are handled by our online payment provider Protx. Please note that neither Protx nor ModelFlags.com can view your creditcard numbers, validity dates or security codes which are securely transmitted directly to our merchant bank HSBC.
